Waitlist form
When you join the waitlist I store what you enter: your name and work email and — if you fill them in — company and role, plus the scenario you choose (cloud API / studio licence / enterprise) and the time of sign-up.
Purpose: to let you know when early access opens, to offer you the early-supporter terms, and to understand which use cases matter most. Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary, but without a name and email I cannot reach you.
Where the data is kept and who sees it
The entries are stored only on my server in the European Union (hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH); backup copies stay on the same server. Only I have access to them. I do not sell the data and do not pass it to anyone for marketing. When I write to you, the email goes through my email provider.
I keep your entry for no longer than 24 months from your sign-up, or until you withdraw your consent or ask me to delete it — whichever comes first. Backup copies are overwritten in rotation (daily copies after 90 days, encrypted server archives within about 7 months).
Statistics and cookies
Without your consent nothing is sent to Google and no analytics cookies are set; your browser keeps only your consent decision (in local storage).
Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) is loaded only after you click “Accept” in the banner (Consent Mode, basic mode; no advertising, no Google Signals). Only then does it set the cookies _ga and _ga_Y1MVX0JTGR (valid for up to 13 months), and Google collects data about the visit: pages viewed, clicks on buttons and links, sections viewed, form steps (never what you type), language, approximate location (city or region) and device type. Google Analytics keeps this data for 14 months. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the cookie rules of the Polish Electronic Communications Law — Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej). Google may also process the data in the USA (Google LLC, certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
You can withdraw your consent at any time: “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page opens the banner again, and “Reject” turns Google Analytics off at once and deletes its cookies.
Like any web server, ours keeps technical access logs (time, requested address, IP address, browser) for a short time only, a few weeks at most, for security and fault-finding. Visit counts are calculated from these logs without storing IP addresses.
Recipients
Hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH (EU); my email provider when I write to you; with your consent — Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4).
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent (withdrawal does not affect processing done before it). Write to zmei116@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, Poland) or with the data protection authority of your country.
